Can we accept credit card payment for materials produced or distributed by our school?
Yes, as long as the materials are distributed before the card is charged and a proper receipt is provided to the card holder. The receipt must state that MySchoolPayment will be listed on the card holders monthly credit or debit card statement and not the name of the school. A signed Payment Authorization can be incorporated into the receipt. You would then need to keep a copy of the payment authorization / receipt.
