A. Yes, but we recommend that common scoring tools and steam not be used. Steam and scoring leaves moisture in the wall and will remain trapped when new wallcovering is hung. Most two-stage wallcoverings can be stripped while dry, then wet spongeing will not harm the PlasterLoc™ surface.
