Can V&V Supremo® products be frozen?
The only products that can be frozen are: Chihuahua® cheese, Oaxaca cheese, Chorizo and Sopes. For Chihuahua® we recommend freezing up to 3 months before opening. For chorizo, freeze in the original package for up to 2 months beyond the “sell-by” date. The other cheeses and sour creams should never be frozen, as freezing will greatly impair their quality.
