Can visitation privileges be withheld from a parent who fails to pay child support?
Visitation and partial custody are separate and distinct matters from support. A Court Order for visitation or partial custody must be followed whether or not support is being paid by the absent parent. A Support Order must be paid whether or not visitation or partial custody is being permitted by the custodian of the child.
