Can Vince Carter and Richard Jefferson excel together?
They played only a handful of games together last year due to Jefferson’s wrist injury and the fact that Carter came over until after RJ was done, so it’s going to be interesting to see how these two athletes co-exist. In a perfect world, they would fill the lane equally and feed each other for jams or catch alley-oops from Jason Kidd, but there is also concern that teams will allow them to pull up for jumpers as Miami did in last year’s playoffs, limiting their effectiveness.
