Definitely. Ozonated water is being used commercially to enhance plant growth on potatoes and other vegetables. Although it is not completely understood why ozonated water exerts such a powerful stimulation to plant growth, one theory is that the super oxygenation of the plant roots increases the nitrogen uptake of the plant. Another theory is that the ozone eliminates pest microbes around the root system so that the plant does not have to expend energy fighting them and turns that energy into fuller growth.
