Can vendors update non-critical data (e.g., phone number)?
It depends on whether the solicitation is open or closed. While the solicitation is open, the vendor may make any changes to their vendor company, equipment, and employee records. After the solicitation has closed, the vendor must request in writing to the Contracting Officer that their information be updated in EaTIS. The vendor will have read-only access to their information (with the exception of employee records, which the vendor can change at any time) after the solicitation has closed. The vendor must ensure that they print a new agreement within EaTIS once the change has been made, as changes to company or equipment information would change the content on the vendor’s agreement.
