Yes, and it’ll be healthier too, no cholesterol in vegetable broth. I use to have stocks for all the different dishes until I got fed up and now everything gets veg stock, and I’ll even go as far as to say that the dishes taste much better since.

I recently made chicken noodle soup and substituted a few cups of the vegetable broth for the chicken broth to give it a ‘kick’ and it worked out very well!
