Yes, this can be a problem. For many outdoor ashtrays, it is common to see that vandals have knocked over the top of an outdoor ashtray believe it or not, in search of cheap cigarettes. The result is a mess. Most of our No Butts Bin outdoor ashtrays use a special key and locking mechanism that helps prevent this vandalism.
