I do not know paticularly in Gujrat, but there are institutes who offer you courses equivalent to BE(Mech), which are recognised by Govt of India Ministry of education. 1. Institution of Engineers, 8 gokhale road, Kolkata. It has a website also. It is most widely recognised and best institute. 2. Indian institute of Mech Engineers. Get the address from there website. it does not matter where you are if you are opting for courses outside regular college. But be sure from where you are taking the course, it is recognised. Institute of Engineers Kolkata has offices all over India in each state including Gujrat.They conduct exams at many centre in all states. I think you should opt for this.
