Can UV/ULTRA II Papers be embossed?
A. Yes, they can be embossed. However, UV/ULTRA II Paper is a hard printing surface and embossing must be handled carefully. Rounded or beveled-edge dies yield the best results as they are less likely to break through the paper. A press proof is recommended to determine the correct die depth. Embossing generally yields thin white lines around the embossed image.
