Can using the Over the Phone solution give users access to the clients computer?
NO. There is no way that the presenter will be able to access anything other than the Virtual Visit Presentations application window. It is important to understand that the presenter is not viewing the client’s screen; they are viewing their own. The only information being transferred between the two computers are mouse movements and clicks.
