Can Users send their timesheets via email?
Yes, timesheets can be included in the body of email messages by copying and pasting the timesheet from Intertec TimePro into the email (on PC: Control+A, Control+C and Control+V). Another method, which is quite a professional approach, is to print the timesheet to a PDF file and then send the file as an email attachment. There are a number of free applications such as CutePDF Writer and Primo PDF which allow you to do this. Some web browsers allow users to “send a web page via email”. Intertec TimePro is not designed to do work with this function, as Intertec TimePro web pages are created dynamically. We recommend that Users use one of the above methods if they would like to send their timesheet via email.
