Expedited Payment users are able to edit or cancel Expedited Payments made via overnight check until 6:45 pm CST. Processing of expedited electronic payments begins immediately after the user clicks the button to submit the payment on the preview page, so users are unable to edit an electronic expedited payment after it has been submitted.
