Can users change their e-mail address to a hotmail.com or msn.com account?
Users cannot move directly from their current sign-in address to a hotmail.com or msn.com address at this time. If they choose to create a Hotmail account (with a new Windows Live™ ID identity), they will not be able to log into any sites that required the old identity unless they also log into the Windows Live™ ID using the old identity.
