Can user rights, restrictions and options be set according to the customer profile and be recognised by the system at login?
Yes, catalogue and accounting access as well as approval workflow rules are configured on a user-by-user basis. Furthermore, users can be assigned permissions to view only their own orders or those of their colleagues within their department. The decision on user view access will be determined by the Head of Department or Director.
