Can user A call user Bs voicemail to leave a message even if user B is available?
No. However, if the calling party is an MX250 user within the enterprise he or she can log into the voice mail system, record a message, and then distribute it to user B’s mailbox without ever calling them. Additionally, if both parties are logged into the MX250 using MXIE, instant messages can be sent without ever needing to make a call.
