Urban Fellows are paid to work 35 hours/week. However, as key members of high-performing teams and as exempt (i.e. non-union) staff, Urban Fellows will sometimes work more than 35 hours / week in order to complete time-sensitive assignments. In these instances, Urban Fellows may be eligible to accumulate lieu time.
