Can UPS or Fed Ex packages be delivered directly to my office?
• All UPS and Fed Ex packages can be delivered directly to your office if you provide the vendor with your physical mailing address (building, street address, and room number). Mail addressed to 5100 Rockhill will be delivered to Mail Services. • A package or box received by Mail Services that will fit into a mailbag and weighs less than 5 lbs., will be placed in your mailbag for delivery. All packages are delivered within two days. • If a package or box does not fit into a mail bag, you will be notified of it’s arrival and at that time choose whether to have it delivered to you or held for pick up. Delivery charges apply per mail piece.
