Yes, it can if the unregistered codicil revoked all the previous testamentary document including the said registered ‘Will’. The registration of any testamentary document including codicil or will is nor compulsory under the Registration Act in India, hence non registered testamentary document shall have same value as the registered one, provided that has been properly drafted ,duly signed & witnessed, it is made by an adult person of fit mental status with regard to his/her self acquired properties only.
