Yes it can. Due to the temperature-dependent HotMaster technology, we recommend to perform UNG treatment under 40C. Internal test have proven that effective UNG digestion can be performed at < 40C . Remember to change thermal cycling protocol to include UNG incubation and increase the initial denaturation time to 2 minutes to denature the UDG before cycling begins.
