Can undocumented students apply?

• 31 WL 3 August 2008 @ 3:37 am I understand that the students receive the check if they win the scholarship and not the school. However, when it comes to outside scholarships, my school takes half of the money and reduces the need based loans, and the other half to reduce the need based grant money. So basically I will only receive half of the money ($250) if I were to win. Am I required to report to my financial aid office if I were to win a scholarship?
