Can UK tourists get free NHS treatment in New Zealand and Australia?

Not sure about NZ, but I believe the NHS and Australia’s Medicare have a reciprocal agreement. I don’t think a tourist can come over here and ask for a heart transplant, but if you break your leg you’ll be looked after.
