Can u use any cereal for the kellogs special K 2 week challenge?
Not quite any cereal but it certainly doesn’t have to be Special K. In fact Special K is higher in calories and sugar than All-bran and shredded wheat so switching to them would actually make it more effective. Ready Break with Water would probably be fine too, and would keep you fuller for longer cos it contains complex carbs whereas Special K is full of refined sugars.
