DELL is supported by WIPRO in India. However, calling Wipro will not help as the DELL division is totally separate and dedicated. The only option for DELL customers and I must say the best option is to call their toll free number from any BSNL telephone. It is: 18004254026. It is available 24/7. They will log a call for you and try their best to resolve it over phone and they genuinely try to do that. In case it doesn’t work out they will generate a complaint / call ID of sorts and allocate a engineer to solve your problem. If you have on site SLA then somebody will visit you in 24 hrs or you will be directed to take your equipment to the service center dedicated for your equipment. The engineer allocated to you is also certified by DELL to know your exact model and has been trained specifically by DELL for that exact model. Believe me service is of very high quality here.
