Can u recieve income support if ur self-emplyed but ur earnings are low?

Income support is for lone parents or those with a health condition and cannot work. Speak to your local CAB or Job Centre Plus office who can advise on what benefits you might be eligible for. You can’t claim benefit just because you have low earnings but you may get tax credits from HMRC. Check it out but make sure you tell them everythig or you may end up with a big overpayment. You should get child benefit when the baby arrives.
