Can two organizations submit a joint full proposal?

0

Two (or more) organizations may work collaboratively on a joint proposal, however, the proposal must identify a single organization as the lead agency and therefore, only one organization can actually submit the full proposal. The lead agency will assume fiduciary, legal and administrative responsibility for the grant. In addition, the partnership will need to identify one project director. There is no limit however, to the number of partners who can be involved in your initiative.
