Can two or more nonprofit organizations apply as a consortium?
Generally, no, because this would require one organization to regrant to the others. We are open, however, to learning about different programs with a track record of achieving positive outcomes for our target population in communities of need. Keeping in mind that regranting is not allowed, all organizations that fit the eligibility criteria and are accountable for outcomes may apply.
