Can two National Organizations submit a joint proposal? If so can applicants apply for more than the maximum of $1.5 million?
Each application should have one lead fiduciary and project management National Organization entity. The lead applicant must meet all of the eligibility criteria to apply. Should the lead National Organization applicant propose to engage sub-contractors, they can propose to do so as part of their application. However, no application can request more than $1.5 million in funding support.
