In India, since you both are Muslim by religion you can either marry according to Muslim Shariat Law by way of Nikha the Muslim Marriage or by civil form of marriage under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 for which a prior stay of one month is required in India. As far the Muslim form of Marriage is concerned for that you have to contact a local Indian Muslim Priest or Kazi for this purpose who will get both married in presence of two witnesses & issue you Nikhanama i.e. the Muslim Marriage Certificate. The passport you both possess has your date of birth i.e. you age, your Muslim names with your parentage & your permanent place of residence. All these will enough to show your being Muslim by religion & of valid age of marriage under the Shariat law concerning the Muslims. In case you require a valid marriage certificate which is issued by the official marriage officer appointed by the government then you both either get married according to civil form under the Special Marriage Act,1954
