Can Twitter ever be successfully used as a cost-effective brand management tool?
This was selected as Best Answer As with many social media apps the value of this sort of technology lies in being able to communicate effectively with the target audience. I see little value in using Twitter on a B2B brand/relationship level but I can see plenty of value in a B2C environment where you might be offering time critical messages that warrant an immediate response. As with all interactive technologies you gain an effective following by maintaining the relationship which has to be more than once a month! – two three times a day to make this a worthwhile experience.
