A – Maybe – Some of the Forward Operating Bases (FOB) and other field locations do not have the infrastructure installed to support email for the troops. Obviously, coalition forces are making every effort to bring email services to the troops. Email service provides daily contact with family and friends. The positive impact this has on troop morale cannot be measured.
