Can Total Computer Group track support calls?
A. Yes. Total Computer Group uses ConnectWise to track its support calls and we allow our end users to access the application to view their calls. Our end users submit their requests for service via telephone or through our web based service application. Users can also generate a report on their requests. Using ConnectWise, Total Computer Group automatically updates the status of a request and emails each status change to a customer until the issue is resolved.
