Can TMI Toolbox be used for all employees?
Let’s make it clear from the start which members of your company should be included in the group that will go through the very first TMI Process. Everyone who does intellectual work needs better time-management skills. That would include department managers, developers, salesmen, marketers, secretaries, and technicians, to name a few. These are the people whom you should include in the TMI Process. But please do not include production workers, delivery personnel, and similar positions.
