Yes. The day session is open from 8:30 AM to 3:15 PM CST (US Central Standard Time). The preferred time to trade is generally the first and last couple of hours because the market is normally more volatile. During the lunch time hours, the market typically decreases in volatility. Trading can be done on any preferred day either in the morning or afternoon, full or part-time.
