A32: Yes, the funds can be used this way in addition to other related initiatives that you may design. Q33: On page 105, Description of Needs, there are eight needs. Each of the 10 program requirements involve each of those eight needs as a component. Even though all eight of the needs on page 105 will be somehow addressed in some form or fashion by the grant, should we check “Yes” only on 3 or 4 that will have a primary and direct focus as indicated by our strategies and objectives or should we go ahead and check all of them? A33: As described in the Schedule Instructions (p. 48, Part 2: Identified Campus Needs), we are looking for you to only mark “Yes” next to the areas that were identified for “reform” based on your needs assessments. You are also then asked to describe the need/needs for those areas marked “Yes”.
