Yes! Mercedes Benz did specifically list the U1250 model on the exemption that is published, so there are not any Federal FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) or emissions issues with importing a U1250! The biggest question regarding import is the appropriate tariff classification. If it is a double cab with a fixed platform (bed), it will be classified as a truck and the duty will be 25%. If it is shipped with no bed (as the vehicle looks now), it would be classified as a cab/chassis and would be duty free.
