It’d be fine to freeze it (uncooked) w/ fresh blueberries or still frozen blueberries only (shouldn’t refreeze anything previously frozen), though I don’t know why you’d want/need to. Crumble toppings are incredibly easy to prepare (take less than five minutes to bring together). Your don’t really need to cream the sugar and butter together either, just mix both along with your other topping ingredients together with your fingers until mostly incorporated together, then add to your pan. If you were looking to cook it then freeze it (frozen blueberries would be fine here), it wouldn’t work as well, because it can become overcooked/burnt when re-heating it, unless you reduce the cooking time to 20 minutes, freeze it then re-heat it at same temperature for another 20-25 minutes to finish the cooking process.
