Free proxy lists are everywhere out there on the Internet (Socks4, Socks5, Http, Https). You can use search engines to look for them. You can for example go to google.com and write free proxy list, but you will find it very boring and unreliable to use those proxies because you will suffer: • Some of those proxies may not work for any reason ( overloading on the server, proxy server is not free any more …etc ) • to find a good proxy list you will do a lot of donkey work from copying & pasting , testing , changing your program’s proxy setting ..
