Can this portland trailblazers team make it past the first round of the playoffs?
Now that the dangerous Portland Trailblazers are gone from the playoffs picture in the Western Conference the question can now be answered with a direct answer and not with just a mere prediction. Although the Trailblazers team was booted out in the first round of the 2010 NBA Playoffs by the Phoenix Suns, this young and athletic team shows a lot of promise and potential in the near future. Brandon Roy was superb and the same can be said too to his teammate LaMarcus Aldridge. The team will definitely get stronger next season (in the NBA 2010-2011 season) since most of the players on the team gained experience and exposure this year and will get great bonus further if their third highest scorer Travis Outlaw will recover from his foot injury. By the way the Suns are currently battling the defending champion Los Angeles Lakers for a berth in the NBA finals.
