Can this paint be used on brake calipers or in the engine bay? Is it acceptable for high temperature applications?
The paint does have a relatively high temperature tolerance. If you paint your calipers and use your car as a daily driver you will be just fine. If you take your car to track days or autocross it, then you may perhaps eventually have some discoloring. The paint will hold up fine in the engine bay.
