I presume the laptop links to your LAN via wireless link and you wish to access the printer provided the printer can be linked to the LAN. If your printer is a network printer and has an RJ 45 network connector it can be put on the LAN and all networked pcs can run print jobs to it. If your printer is not a network printer but has either a serial or a USB interface, you can purchase a serial or a USB print server, connect the print server to the LAN and connect printer to either the serial or USB port of print server, configure the print server and do the same thing. With USB printers you sometimes need to configure printer first linked to the pc via USB and later change the port. Provided you are careful you can do this. Remember to assign a static LAN IP address to the print servre or network printer.
