Yes, I would love to see expansions from others. However, I will not distribute any tool for a very simple reason: no special tool is required at all (although nothing stops others from creating their own editors – f.ex., see Q20)! Missions and translations can be created with just a plain ASCII text editor; to produce themes, instead, besides the text editor, you can use your favourite graphics and sound editors. The developer’s manual available on the DOWNLOADS page illustrates all the technical aspects to know about missions and themes.
