We pick kids at random and appoint them to the various teams that need to be filled. We intentionally avoid grouping kids so we can eliminate opportunities to “stack” teams.

Requests to play/cheer on a particular team will not be honored. New participants are placed on teams through a draft process that is overseen by the board of directors.
