He was very glad to get this info that Cognizant supports such things. • Young new members would be included in the committee for future succession, has that been done? [Swati’s visit] Yes. 3-4 new people have been included in the board. Young = age < 50. • Has vocational training started? [Swati's visit] Sewing machines have been bought. I saw the room where they are. It will start soon. • Has there been an improvement in admitting girls since the ratio indicates 21(male):4 (female)? [Swati's visit] The ratio was 25 (male): 10 (female) when I visited. So it has definitely improved. Note: most children come from 2 homes run by missionaries. 8 boys come from 1 home run by the brothers & 3 girls come from another run by sisters (Missionaries of Charity). 3-4 more girls from that home will join soon. • There are plans to run the school in shifts to accomm
