Monitoring and evaluating the impact that Link partnerships have towards improving the quality of health services in the developing country is very important. For this reason THET has produced a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Toolkit which Links can use to design their own M&E activities. THET also has a dedicated Learning and Evaluation manager who can assist Links with designing and implementing M&E plans relevant to their project needs.
