Would it be more suitable to: • create a single Archive folder and various sub folders created within it, in order to archive and store all archived documents, or • more practical to place (where required) Archive folder/s within existing folder structure?, or • more suitable to have one Archive folder, that temporarily stores files until they are archived, then the user moves them back to their original folder location.
