Can there be VS reimbursement for people working less than 15 hours?

The VS component is for individuals who have worked at least 15 hours per week and are scheduled to work 15 hours per week during the month. Individuals who are moving toward this goal and are in need of supports to achieve the goal are eligible to be reimbursed through the IR component of PROS.
