Can there be more than one wish granted in each category?
Yes. If the fund is bigger than what was wished for, the runner up will also be granted funds. We keep going down the list of runner ups until all funds for that month are distributed. For example, if a wish requested $200 from a $1000 fund, there would be $800 left in the fund, to be distributed to the second ranked wish (and so on) until the money from the fund reached a zero balance.
