No. The State bingo regulations provide that each bingo card or sheet shall have an equal opportunity to be a winner. In developing this regulatory provision, it was understood that each card or sheet was represented by a single face. With the evolution of bingo, players may now have bingo cards with multiple faces containing winners on different faces; however, each face may only win once.
